Understand how to forage for, and use edible and therapeutic herbs from the autumn harvest. We will be making and sampling seasonal herbal tinctures and ointments and drying herbs and foods with therapeutic properties.

You will need to bring with you on occasions items such as a bottle of vodka and small jam jars. Courses have an additional cost (indicated, and payable to the tutor) for dried herbs, aromatherapy oils, vinegars, butters etc.
